UXBRIDGE: Work is back in full swing on the downtown culvert project, with Ward 4 Councillor and Public Works Committee Chair Willie Popp recently providing a brief summary of the project’s progress.
At Council’s meeting on the morning of Monday, August 12th, Councillor Popp explained that a large crane will be on location for three days this week.
“Things are really getting underway now, and it’s an exciting time for the project,” added Councillor Popp.
Once the upcoming slate of work is completed, it is expected that a clearer picture of the future work to be done downtown will come into view.
“I expect that we will have a much better idea later this week about what our culvert construction schedule is going to look like going forward,” Councillor Popp explained.
