I feel it is necessary for the Government to think very seriously about a new Nursing Home for Port Perry and the surrounding area. I realize there have been discussions in the past on this subject. My Grandmother was a resident of Port Perry Place, but that was fifty years ago. Port Perry has seen a tremendous amount of growth since then. I believe it is time to think of the Seniors and what will happen to them. This needs to happen immediately. We do not want to see them moving far away. I think they deserve a modern updated new building, especially when they pay modern updated prices. Save a piece of property for a Nursing Home
