INGREDIENTS 6 large scoops of vanilla ice cream 1/2 cup Ontario milk 1 tsp peppermint extract 12 drops of green food colouring Whipped cream (Optional) Maraschino cherry (Optional) Green sprinkles (Optional)

DIRECTIONS

1. Put vanilla ice cream, milk, peppermint extract and green food colouring in a blender and mix until smooth.

2. Pour into a glass. Top with whipped cream, a cherry and sprinkles.
