Last week, Pontypool had some scary grass fires. Thank you to Pontypool’s fire department and all the other fire departments that helped control the fires and keep our community safe. You are all amazing. Thank you. It’s unfortunate people are dumping debris in the Pontypool forest. Many people enjoy the trails throughout the forest. It’s sad to see this happening in our community. The girl guides will not be selling cookies this year due to the COVID-19, but you can still help the girls by buying them at grocery stores. So keep your eyes open for them. Yard waste pick up is on June 12th. Stay home and stay safe and healthy.
