It’s almost here. Pontypool is having a car show at the pond, 86 Pontypool Road, on Saturday, August 21st, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Entrance fee is $5 per car and driver spectators are $2 a person. Funds raised will go towards the community hall and food bank. Hot dogs and burgers will be available for purchase. There will be a DJ and a live band. Art in the park is getting closer. It will be hosted in Pontypool Nimigon park on August 28th. They are looking for artists, artisans and buskers. If interested, contact artinthepark@pontypool.ca.
