COURTNEY McCLURE The Standard
The Blackstock Fair had great weather and excellent attendance. There was much to see in the Recreation Centre and Arena, with various vendors at the Farm Market, the horse pull, agricultural display by the Lake Scugog Historical Society, and livestock shows. As well, Kids World was once again a very popular attraction. Entertainment was provided by Theatre on the Ridge, as well as the Steven Waters Band. A capacity crowd took in the return of the always-popular demolition derby on Saturday night.
