It’s family fun, something that has excitement for the whole family,” Ralph Moore of Edge Motorsports, the company that is bringing the shows to the local fair, told The Standard. “Everybody takes something away from it.” Mr. Moore said people who watch the shows will get a chance to see “all types of death-defying events” from “professional riders.” One of the riders taking part in the shows will be female Canadian FMX pioneer Kassie Boone. “She’s a fan favourite all over the world,” Mr. Moore said. Mr. Moore said he is excited to bring FMX Motocross to Port Perry. “It’s always nice to bring something unique to a fair,” he said. “Port Perry’s the best three-day fair in Ontario.” Showtimes on the Saturday are 11:15 a.m., 4:15 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. Sunday showtimes are noon, 3 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. For more information, visit www.portperryfair.com.
