This is such an interesting time of year. One minute, the sun is warming us up, and the next, snowstorms blow through. Maybe it warms up enough to bring rain showers, too. This is Spring here on Medd Road.

The snowdrops are blooming, and I've seen crocuses, too, which is encouraging.

We are saddened to hear Nancy Skelding has passed away. Nancy and Jack dairy farmed on the 4th concession, Scugog for many years. Following Jack's passing, Nancy has resided away from the farm and lately at Black Lock Cottage Golden Plough Lodge in Cobourg to be closer to her daughter Jackie. Our sincerest sympathy to daughters, Jackie and Karen and families from the Utica and Epsom communities.

Come at 9 a.m. for visitation before the meal at 9:30 a.m. Please accept this as your invitation to join your neighbours in providing much needed help around the world.
