A Memorial Service Butterfly Release will be held at the fairgrounds in Beaverton on June 23rd at 2:00 p.m. They release the butterflies in memory of a family or friend. The butterflies being released are monarch butterflies. To buy a butterfly in memory of a deceased loved one, call Jennifer at 705-432-3322 extension 105.

For those in Beaverton seeking a chance to socialize and expand their circle, we invite you to join us on Monday nights for a friendly game of volleyball in the park. This event is open to all adults, and we encourage you to bring your friends and family. The games start at 6 p.m. and continue until 8 p.m. at Centennial Park. Don't forget to stay hydrated and bring your water bottle.

The Beaverton Legion is a hub of social activities, offering a chance for our community to come together and have a great time. Join us for mixed Pool every Thursday at 1 p.m., Cribbage on Thursdays at 1 p.m., and Euchre every Friday at 1 p.m. These events are not just about the games but also about the camaraderie and connections we build. We look forward to seeing you there.
